Responsibilities

Review and categorize social media comments across multiple platforms
Respond to negative and positive social media messages
Work with our social media, editorial and manage teams in creating effective messaging
Proactively identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social media and ability to navigate platforms

Preferred

Experience in social media moderation, customer support, or related fields is a plus
