Responsibilities
Design and implement machine learning models for personalization, predictive audiences, experimentation, and budget optimization
Build systems that help determine what content to send, to whom, and when—based on terabytes of data
Collaborate with customers to understand business goals and define ML-based solutions
Architect scalable ML and backend infrastructure to support low-latency data applications
Drive innovation in applying LLMs to generate high-performing marketing content (text, images, creatives)
Analyze and optimize budget allocation by measuring incremental conversions and cost efficiency
Contribute to product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams including data, product, and design
Play a key role in shaping the company’s growing intelligence layer as one of the first ML hires
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
4-10+ years of experience in both Software Engineering and Machine Learning
Experience with LLM / NLP / RAG and proven experience building recommendation, search, personalization, and/or pricing systems
Experience building and shipping products from scratch in a high-scale SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with distributed backend infrastructure and production ML pipelines
Strong backend engineering skills and a deep understanding of ML modeling
Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate complex systems and decisions
