MRO Customer Program Manager

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking a MRO Customer Program Manager to provide support on aircraft nacelle contracts. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and contributing to sales campaigns and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers
Assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
Reviews customer proposed purchase and repair orders, provides feedback and negotiates with customers
Some travel to aviation trade shows and customers around the globe but mostly in the Americas region
Interact with members of customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
Contributes to the development of sales and business plans for the business unit
Presents to leadership in the business
Works with cross business teams and important business unit clients
Assist and potentially lead in complex long-term processes and negotiations with important clients
Assist and sometimes lead in generating operating procedures to support assigned customers and contracts as well as continuous improvement activities for the business unit
Support the audits of the business unit from time to time

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and/or equivalent combination of education/experience
Minimum of 5 years of relatable experience in Sales, Customer Contract or Product Management
Experience managing relationships with business customers
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute
Experience and working knowledge with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Corridor, Quantum, Pentagon 2000 or similar system
Working knowledge of aircraft or component MRO
Working knowledge of airline sourcing processes and CTQs
At least 5 years of experience selling to airlines

Preferred

Recent experience in the aviation industry within MRO is preferred
Multilingual with emphasis on Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
