Responsibilities

Direct most significant programs and utilize role to arrive at best solutions and delivery practices leveraging collaboration across the practice
Organize, lead and inspire collaboration across all BWE Process resource teams, building professional community and collaboration to advance best practices across the organization
Collaborate across teams to recruit, hire, and develop process capability throughout the Life Sciences & Technology organization
Develop market differentiating solutions that drive project value to build the brand and increase competitiveness. Advance process solution-making best practices across the global practice
Expand delivery practices for surety of delivery and continuous improvement of cost through mechanisms like off-shore value centers and design and construction automation
Take responsibility for benchmarking and tracking those improvements
Serve with the Life Sciences & Technology leadership team to interpret corporate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to staff
Recommend changes in basic structure and organization of the department to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it
Collaborate, manage and assign Process work directly for BWE Life Sciences & Technology resources and extend and collaborate to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff across the global practice

Required

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
Minimum 5 years related professional experience and must have demonstrated experience with providing technical process engineering leadership across the enterprise, major projects/programs/clients, EPC experience, and within all GFS business lanes
Candidate must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients
Candidate must be experienced in managing cultural change and developing organizational capability to improve business results
Position requires the ability to influence, lead, and develop the organization thoughtfully and positively
Candidates must possess strong business management skills and a strategic perspective

Preferred

Previous management experience is strongly preferred
Licensed Chemical Engineer is strongly preferred
