Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nursing, allied health, and healthcare administrative roles
Partner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop customized sourcing strategies
Lead sourcing efforts using job boards, databases, social media, and networking events
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill set, credentials, and cultural fit
Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with compliance and operations teams
Mentor and support recruiters and recruiting coordinators
Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and placement success rates
Promote a positive team culture by modeling professionalism, hard work, and solution-oriented thinking
Stay current on healthcare staffing trends, licensure requirements, and market conditions
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruiting
Demonstrated success filling high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirements
Excellent client management, communication, and negotiation skills
Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to high performance
Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Loxo, Bullhorn, etc.)
