Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, and budgets
Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet project milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and operations
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies
Manage project documentation, reporting, and contractual deliverables
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in nuclear, energy, or manufacturing sectors
Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Preferred
PMP certification
