Support patients in clinic and over the phone with medication management
Help grow our specialty pharmacy program
Ensure patients stay on track with therapy and refills
Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial support
Collaborate with care teams and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of pharmacy tech experience
State registration required
Strong communication, organization, and empathy
Passion for patient care and teamwork
Preferred
3–5 years of pharmacy tech experience
National certification preferred
