Program Analyst

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine. Responsibilities

Assists with the gathering of Government prepared documentation for contract actions and proposals and ensures task order completion in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assists with various directorate-related administrative tasks and tracks spreadsheets (dynamic Excel spreadsheets) based on purchases made by the Government and/or the contractor for research-related items
Maintains and organizes Government-prepared research documents
Confirms sponsored monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are in accordance with sponsor guidelines and templates
Assists in coordinating conference room reservations
Verifies Government prepared documentation is available for various research meetings

Required

Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year of related experience
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with experience in delivering detailed reporting
Excellent documentation skills and a track record for following through on commitments
Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills
Report building using Microsoft SQL, SSRS, Excel, or other platforms
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, including background check and drug screening
All staff required to enter the labs shall maintain current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS); American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Course; American Red Cross CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation); or equivalent
Lifting: Requires lifting materials up to 10 lbs
Ability to stand or sit at a computer for prolonged periods
Ability to climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
