Responsibilities

Oversees engagements with great complexity and scope
Interacts directly and independently with clients at higher levels in the organization
Supports client engagement success by: providing overall project leadership. Direct the program or project for a client and manage the day-to-day client relationship
Advising client on best approach to achieve goals
Conducting assessments and create change, engagement and communication strategies
Managing the team. Enable team’s high performance through clear expectations, feedback, guidance and support
Managing project according to Statement of Work and budget
Meeting the timeline with high-quality deliverables
Participating in new business development by identifying new opportunities and talking to clients about potential new projects

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree (four-year college or technical school) required
5+ years designing complex strategic communication plans
5-7 years in communication, marketing or related field
5+ years in internal communication
Proficient in standard business software and technology platforms
Ability to learn technology applications quickly

Preferred

Master's degree preferred; field of study: communications or marketing
3+ years consulting preferred
