Responsibilities
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and track project progress and performance against the baseline
Identify, manage, and escalate the project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
Coordinate and facilitate the project meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations, and ensure that the project documentation and artifacts are complete, accurate, and up to date
Report and present the project status, milestones, achievements, and challenges to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and expectations, and comply with the relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines
Lead and motivate the project team and foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Manage the project closure process, including the handover, transition, and lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering or related field
10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project, as well as other project management tools and software
Knowledge of Fixed Income or Equity markets, products and indices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients and stakeholders across different cultures and geographies
Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations
High attention to detail, quality and accuracy, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferred
Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus
