They are seeking an entrepreneurial Associate to join their Corporate Governance litigation practice, where the role involves representing investors to achieve governance reforms that enhance market transparency and protect shareholder rights.

Represent investors in corporate governance litigation

Work towards achieving governance reforms at public companies

Increase market transparency and hold wrongdoers accountable

Protect the shareholder franchise

Combat unfair deals and address self-dealing and executive compensation issues

Challenge harassment and discrimination in the workplace

Required

JD is required (2020-2024) graduate (with the possibility to deviate slightly for an exceptional candidate)

admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar

Must have meaningful experience in one or both: (i) prosecuting or defending complex stockholder or commercial litigation; (ii) Delaware corporate law/breach of fiduciary duty litigation

Strong Financial literacy is required

Must be prepared for a steep learning curve and hands-on training

Entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach, and the readiness to take opportunity and run with it is necessary

Desire to represent investors rather than corporations

Ability and desire to take a meaningful role in multiple complex cases, often opposite significantly more senior lawyers

Excellent time management, multitasking and communication skills are essential
