Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the team to fulfill the department’s functional and operational objectives and goals effectively
Handle and manage responses to programmatic and ad-hoc prospective investor inquiries
Foster clear and efficient communication within the team and across CIM
Define project scopes in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and management
Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables at the required level of quality
Conduct research and analysis on potential investors, competitors, and market trends
Analyze market data and summarize data points from service providers into actionable next steps
Maintain the team schedule and assist in coordinating investor meetings
Attend in-person/phone meetings and support post-meeting communication and other marketing efforts
Prepare internal and external communications, including Salesforce reports, emails, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Active Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses required for this role
Fluent in Korean
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues at all levels and locations
Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities
Ability to demonstrate sound initiatives and develop ideas for client engagements
Proficient in Excel, Word, Salesforce, and other Microsoft Office products
