Director of Market Operations
Peregrine Health is focused on behavioral health programs, and they are seeking a Director of Market Operations to oversee day-to-day operations at partner clinic sites. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters at assigned clinic sites
Supervise and support the provider team, manage schedules and productivity, and hold regular team meetings
Ensure smooth execution of referral, scheduling, and follow-up workflows; address local issues quickly and effectively
Track show rates and operational barriers to care; improve scheduling, communication, and front-end logistics to support patient engagement
Build strong working relationships with clinic leaders and staff; coordinate on daily operations and shared goals
Cultivate trusted relationships with senior clinic executives; serve as a strategic partner by understanding clinic priorities, advocating for Peregrine’s value, and influencing joint decision-making to support program success
Track provider utilization, visit volumes, and other KPIs; take action to optimize site-level performance
Identify opportunities to expand services (e.g., adding providers, sites, or programs); surface growth ideas to the Market President and support planning and execution
Lead the implementation of new services, tools, or workflows at the site level
Manage day-to-day problems such as provider absences, scheduling gaps, or tech disruptions
Maintain clear documentation and ensure consistent information flow between site, regional, and central teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in healthcare operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role; outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred
Proven ability to manage cross-functional or clinical teams and drive local execution
Strong understanding of outpatient workflows, provider productivity, and patient engagement tactics
Experience or interest in identifying and supporting business development or service expansion opportunities
Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in addressing operational challenges
Excellent interpersonal and written skills; able to navigate and influence in a multi-stakeholder environment
Familiar with EHR systems and comfortable using project management tools, dashboards, and telehealth platforms
Preferred
Bachelor's in healthcare admin, social work, nursing, or related field is a plus; advanced degree or clinical experience is a plus
Passion for expanding access to quality behavioral health care in underserved communities
