They are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide medical supervision and care to ACTT clients, participate in treatment team meetings, and ensure compliance with medical practices.

Responsibilities

Meet daily ACTT community visit requirements as directed by ACTT Team Leads and/or Director

Provide medical supervision for ACTT mid-level providers and participate in daily ACTT treatment team meetings as needed

Oversee medical supervision for prescription practices and deliver medical care to ACTT clients

Serve as the primary medical contact and authority when communicating with LME/CMOs regarding ACTT clients and/or ACTT concerns

Update the EMR system concerning all direct care visits and related documentation
