Responsibilities

Serve in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader

Master daily case management skills

Develop and oversee clinical programs

Supervise BIs

Provide education and training for client caregivers

Drive 30 to 60 miles a day

Supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends

Required

Completed Bachelor's degree and either of the following: 12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and/or designing ABA programming

Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs

Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills

Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
