Workday Cleared and Certified Consultants
The Squires Group, Inc. is supporting a series of federal Workday initiatives and is seeking Workday-certified consultants with active security clearances. The role involves leading or supporting Workday implementations and collaborating with stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules.
Responsibilities
Lead or support Workday implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to design and configure Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
Perform functional and technical analysis of business requirements and translate into Workday solutions
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation
Ensure compliance with federal security and data governance standards
Qualification
Required
Active security clearance (Secret or higher)
Workday certification in one or more modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Time Tracking, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Workday implementation or support roles
Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations
Experience supporting Workday in a federal or government contracting environment
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience working within a government or regulated industry
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
Workday Studio or integration experience is a plus
Ability to obtain additional clearance if needed
