Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in water resources
Minimum 5 years in a management role
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or a related discipline
Hands-on experience in California or the Southwest
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Skilled at leading large, multi-discipline projects from strategy through execution
Expertise in water supply, entitlements, and resource management
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Ability to guide diverse teams to deliver practical and innovative solutions
Valid California driver's license and insurability under Zanjero's policy
Preferred
Professional Civil Engineer registration in California is desirable but not required
