Lead Development Representative
Canto is a leader in digital asset management, empowering businesses to organize and distribute their digital assets. They are seeking a Lead Development Representative to engage with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery calls with the sales team.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat
Qualify inbound prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, and timelines
Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
Maintain excellent data hygiene and pipeline organization in Salesforce
Follow up consistently with leads that aren’t yet ready to talk, staying top of mind with value-driven outreach
Deliver authentic, consultative conversations that help prospects feel understood
Partner closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, trends, and gaps
Become an expert in the DAM market, our product, and buyer personas
Qualification
Required
6+ months experience in a customer-facing or lead qualification role
Outstanding communication and listening skills
Strong organizational habits and ability to manage a fast-moving inbox
Confidence in qualifying leads and asking discovery-style questions
A mindset that blends hustle with empathy and curiosity
Preferred
College degree preferred
Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools preferred
