Responsibilities

Partner and support the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development responsible for leading acquisitions and divestitures

Develop comprehensive financial models for potential acquisition candidates, incorporating business and market conditions based on input from sponsoring Divisions

Interface with various Business Leadership and Corporate group functions management teams to address key deal and valuation issues reflected in the business case/model

Assist in project management, coordination, and marshalling of the financial & functional due diligence and integration process on the acquisition target

Collaborate closely with members of the operating leadership team, CTOs, and Corporate Development to identify and assess potential acquisition targets

Develop, document, train, and institutionalize best practices within the Corporate Development function

Support the initial phase of the acquisition process including target screening, research, and documentation, along with management and administration of the Corporate Development team’s acquisition CRM

Assist in constructing deal terms and agreements, working with both internal and external parties

Participate and lead post-acquisition integration efforts to maximize synergies, track progress, and achieve strategic objectives

Required

Approximately 10 years' experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Accounting, Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, Corporate Development

Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills with solid attention to detail

Strong execution experience with acquisitions specifically with due diligence and integration processes

Ability to communicate with all levels of management including senior executives

Flexibility with schedule to meet project timing requirements

Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently/remotely

Experience with acquisitions in the technology industry is valued

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, or related technical field

Must be a US Persons

Preferred

MBA and/or CPA/CFA Certification is a plus
