Biological lab and assay development / testing expertise (including but not limited to mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays with primary cells or established cell lines, molecular and biochemical assays, such as ELISA and RT-PCR, on standard laboratory instruments
Experience working with custom prototype equipment is a plus
