ICD is treasury’s trusted provider of investment technology and the corporate client channel of Tradeweb, a leading, global operator of electronic marketplaces. The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for building out Tradeweb’s commercial suite of pricing products and facilitating a unified product lifecycle management process across divisions.

Responsibilities

Manage the roadmap for new pricing products and solutions brought to market

Expand client adoption of data products, resulting in tangible growth in data revenue, increased trading volumes, or improved client relationships

Work closely with Data Sales and account managers on articulating technical product features to customers

Produce strategy plans and proposals for senior management and other key stakeholders

Coordinate between data engineering and data science teams on developing new features and solutions, solving product development roadblocks and delivering on timelines

Conduct research on trends across the market landscape, identifying opportunities for new markets and partnerships

Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results in an agile framework

Facilitate the unified product lifecycle management process for assigned solutions across the firm

Required

2-5 years of product management experience in Fixed Income Markets, Data Analytics, and/or Management Consulting

Bachelor's degree in a related data discipline (Finance, Mathematics, Economics and/or Computer Science)

Proven track record of delivering tangible business results by collaborating with various teams and working with large data assets

Motivated leader who thrives on creating a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity

Ability to concisely articulate complex information in both verbal and written form

Strong interpersonal skills to both partner and influence key stakeholders

Preferred

Technical expertise working in Python, SQL, Tableau and other BI tools
