Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end

Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners

Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions

Communicate with clients and provide reports

Required

JD from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in California

8+ years of defense litigation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters

Client-facing experience

Legal project management experience is helpful

First chair trial experience a plus
