Qualification
Required
Must be licensed by the California State Bar
Must have one year of experience in the practice of law for Level II
Must have two years of experience as a practicing attorney in family and/or civil law for Level III
Must have three years of experience as a practicing attorney in family and/or civil law for Level IV
Ability to travel to locations outside of the regular office to perform necessary legal services
Knowledge of the principles of law, trial procedure, and their application, including California Welfare and Institutions Code, Family Code, Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Probate Code, Evidence Code, and Rules of Court
Knowledge of legal research methods
Ability to present statements of fact, law, and argument clearly and logically
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with others
Knowledge of basic computer applications
