MHI is a technology and management consulting firm that has been in operation for over 40 years. They are seeking a Project Manager for Data Integration and BI who will lead project management activities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure the delivery of multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead project management activities such as project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change control in a remote or in-person capacity as requested by the client, including but not limited to video or onsite interaction
Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization
Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time and on-budget implementations
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices
Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView
Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset
Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing NetSuite education
Willingness to learn and develop NetSuite product skills in all areas as required by customer engagements
This role may include travel, and occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends which may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances during engagements

Required

Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience
5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations
Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView
Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong business analysis capabilities and a consultative, client-first mindset
Individual has project managed at least 5 enterprise-level NetSuite or NSAW projects involving multiple dependent workstreams, 3rd parties, and other related complicated business integration requirements
Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards
Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP and proven methodologies
Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall) in data and BI projects

Preferred

NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification
Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices

Benefits

Quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year
