Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within one year
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to apply critical thinking and possess a high attention to detail
Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability and confidence to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team environment
Commitment to achieving the goals of Firm clients
Preferred
Experience in real estate or corporate finance transactional matters in a law firm or corporate legal department
