Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering closely with internal recruiters across business functions
Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manage and maintain candidate data in our applicant tracking system
Collect and organize feedback from interviewers and help drive timely hiring decisions
Prepare offer letters and manage communications with candidates through the pre-onboarding stage
Lead and contribute to key recruiting and HR initiatives, including process documentation, candidate tracking, and survey management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Previous internship or full-time experience in a corporate or professional setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with calendar coordination is a plus
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail, with a commitment to follow-through and problem-solving
Self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus
