Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with our team and our clients to identify our biggest opportunities, establish shared vision, build consensus on priorities, and drive high-quality product execution to deliver 10x value for our clients and their patients
Play a key role in helping us grow the next 10x
Manage product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, user stories, and documentation
Synthesize meaningful insights from user feedback and data
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of product functionality to bring to market
Plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts in order to release high-quality products
Continuously improve working processes and company culture
Mentor or manage team members
Qualification
Required
Product Management experience, ideally in start-ups or high-growth organizations
Proven track record of leading projects through the entire product development lifecycle
Experience managing product roadmaps, sprint backlogs, user stories, and documentation
Good grasp of the art and science of Product Management, e.g. methodologies, principles
Good understanding of Product Strategy, e.g. frameworks, KPIs
Exceptional at synthesizing meaningful insights from user feedback and data
Collaborative leadership to work with clients, colleagues, designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of product functionality to bring to market
Ability to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts in order to release high-quality products
Helps continuously improve working processes and company culture
Experience mentoring or managing team members
Preferred
Interest in healthcare, messaging, or data-centric products
Understanding of data science, machine learning, AI & NLP
