Responsibilities
Assist in general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations across multiple investment entities
Support fund accounting operations, including tracking capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for management review
Assist with audit and tax preparation, working with external auditors and tax advisors
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing
Maintain cash flow projections and help manage bank reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
Work closely with the Controller and finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3–5 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience with Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Yardi)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
