The Audit Manager will deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the audit process while mentoring and training Associates and Senior Associates, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Deliver exceptional service to clients across all stages of the audit process
Foster the professional growth of Associates, Senior Associates, and Supervisors through mentorship and training
Collaborate closely with firm leadership
Actively contribute to business development initiatives
Support key firm administration functions

Qualification

Active CPA licensePublic accounting experienceEmployee benefit plansBachelor’s degree in AccountingRelationship managementPractice developmentMentorship skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA license
5+ years of public accounting experience or its equivalent
Experience working with complex employee benefit plans (e.g., multi-employer, defined-benefit and defined-contribution, health & welfare, etc.) as well as labor unions and non-profit audits
Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Senior Associates and Associates

Preferred

Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
