BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Maui Visits team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, ensuring they receive high-quality home health care with compassion and reliability.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments

Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition

Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualification

Required

A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Must have 1 year nursing experience
