Responsibilities
Support program management, business operations, and administrative assistant functions to facilitate human resources, training, critical staffing actions, collaboration across the organization, and other administrative actions
Process, receive, track, coordinate, and store large volumes of program-critical information
Perform records management and DTS actions
Support meetings and help coordinate geographically-separated teams to deliver products/deliverables
Qualification
Required
Certified in Air Force/Space Force records management and Defense Travel Service
7 years of experience processing, receiving, tracking, coordinating, and storing large volumes of program-critical information
5 years experience leading projects across organizational functional entities
BS/BA degree
TS/SCI eligible; #qinetiqclearedjob
Preferred
Experience working with USSF, Space Systems Command
Experience working in a front office environment
