Develop and execute business plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Manage and lead a team of land development engineers
Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
Maintain a strong relationship with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
12+ years of experience in a leadership role in the Land Development industry in the Phoenix market
Proven track record of achieving business goals and driving growth
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Develop and execute business plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Manage and lead a team of land development engineers
Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
Maintain a strong relationship with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Experience in managing land development design teams or locations
Experience with building high performing teams
Knowledge of the Phoenix, AZ market and industry trends
Experience in implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency
Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting
Possess a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
