SiLo is a third-party logistics provider based in Nashville, aiming to redefine the broker's role in the supply chain. The Partner Solutions Coordinator plays a foundational role in gaining insights into the industry, participating in extensive training, and supporting the sales teams.

Responsibilities
Participate in extensive training covering the supply chain industry, company mission, internal tools, SiLo’s sales cycle, and core processes
Proactively apply feedback, reflect on challenges, and commit to getting 1% better every day
Build skills through delegation and mentorship from senior SiLo team members
Efficiently book and build loads within SiLo’s proprietary systems
Sell and negotiate shipments to carriers
Maintain real-time oversight of shipments to ensure accuracy of details and timely delivery
Manage communication over the phone and via email with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders regarding shipment details
Maintain knowledge of SiLo’s service offerings and solutions
Maintain consistent communication with other SiLo team members
Qualification
Required

Report to our office in downtown Nashville, M-F 7 am-5 pm
Preferred
0-2 years of Customer Service/Support experience
Conversational in the Spanish language is a plus, but not required
Supply Chain or Logistics experience is a plus, but not required
College degree preferred, but not required
