As a Chargeback Specialist, you will maintain accurate contract pricing and manage chargebacks, collaborating with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure correct pricing for customers.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update contract pricing, customer eligibility, renewals, terminations, and files

Proactively identify and resolve pricing or customer data discrepancies

Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and GPOs for accurate and timely updates

Manage a high volume of chargeback lines and ensure timely responses

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners

Analyze data using Excel, text files, or access databases

Work collaboratively with team members and cross-train on departmental functions

Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline programs

Required

Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced skills a plus)

Experience in accounting, auditing or data analysis is helpful but not required

College degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
