Treatment Business Development Specialist

Parkhill is a full-service design firm of extraordinary planners, designers, architects, and engineers. They are seeking an experienced Treatment Business Development Leader to drive project and firm success by developing business opportunities and representing the firm in the D/FW region.

Responsibilities

Develops opportunities in DFW in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment
Coordinates with Parkhill’s Marketing and Business Development Teams to develop and execute a business development plan for the D/FW Region; Integrates with the overall strategy of the Treatment Sector’s Strategic Vision and Operational Plan
Builds long-term relationships with clients, team partners and industry leaders
Develops North Texas Strategy to win Treatment work
Identifies Opportunities / Future Project work & Coordinates Win Plan with D/FW design team
Represents Parkhill at council / commission meetings / conferences / seminars
Works across Sectors and office locations to fully utilize Parkhill’s experiential knowledge

Qualification

Civil EngineeringWater/Wastewater TreatmentProfessional Engineer RegistrationBusiness DevelopmentPublic Agency ExperienceFunding Agency Experience

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
Professional engineer registration in TX
Expert level knowledge of civil engineering practices, principles and keep up with the ever-changing industry trends
Setting goals with a focus on the long-term needs of Parkhill
Experience working with state, regional and/or local public agencies - municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties and/or state agencies
Experience working with State and Federal Funding agencies

Preferred

Prefer at least 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment
