Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in Visual Arts, Digital Media, Design, or a closely related creative field
Expertise in illustration, graphic design, digital painting, animation, 3D modeling, visual storytelling, concept art, and design theory
Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like color theory, composition, motion design, character development, perspective drawing, UX/UI design, rendering techniques, and cross-platform visual communication
Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work' is essential
