Responsibilities
Conducting in-depth credit analysis on High Yield bonds and Leveraged Loans and other debt instruments
Deriving insightful industry trends and investment themes
Overseeing and contributing to key diligence work streams
Business analysis across a range of companies and sub-sectors
Identifying relative value and securities across the capital structure
Collaborating on due diligence and industry research across KKR’s investment teams outside Leverage Credit
Qualification
Required
6-12 years of work experience in asset management, investment banking, equity/credit research, or a related field
Genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for investing
Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis
Bachelor's degree
Exceptional technical skills with an ability to demonstrate good investment instincts, analytical capabilities, and finance, accounting and modeling skills
Demonstrated capabilities with financial reporting, creation of investor materials, and analyzing performance trends and KPIs
Motivated self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for developing relationships with trust and integrity
Experienced manager and team player capable of working with internal and external stakeholders in a way that reflects the firm's core values and principles
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding environment, preferably with a background in a financial services industry (Private Equity, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.)
High level of intellectual curiosity, accountability and drive
