Senior CRT Specialist

Track, investigate and prepare responses to consumer complaints
Oversees and makes suggestions for improvements to daily automated and manual processes
Process administrative material and tasks
Identify and escalate issues that may be a risk to the company
Perform other duties, as assigned

Required

Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
High School Diploma
1-2 years' experience in Financial Services related field
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency with MS Office products

Preferred

Bachelor's
2+ years in Financial Services or Legal related field
Paralegal Certificate
Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA or other regulatory training
