Candidates in the Team-Based model will obtain the necessary licenses over the course of 8 to 13 weeks

Licenses include: Resident state Life, Health and Annuity, Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6/63 or 7/66 (7/63 and 65)

A natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills
