Qualification
Required
Experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment
Ability to work remotely
Flexibility to run a full desk or focus on either candidate or client side
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Proven track record of success in recruitment
Ability to work in a team-first culture
Preferred
Experience with direct hire and temporary/contract placements
Familiarity with the Minnesota job market
