Responsibilities

Conduct engaging demonstrations to showcase Copilot or Gemini capabilities, tailored to different business outcomes and functions
Partner with teams to identify business challenges and develop Copilot-driven or Gemini-driven solutions that align with business goals
Provide hands-on coaching and training sessions to help employees integrate Copilot or Gemini into their daily workflows
Share best practices and use advanced case examples to facilitate Copilot or Gemini adoption
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing Copilot or Gemini usage to ensure it meets business needs and drives efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific business requirements and customize Copilot or Gemini applications accordingly
Stay up to date with the latest Copilot or Gemini features and updates to continuously enhance training programs and resources

Required

Extensive hands-on experience using Copilot or Gemini in a professional work environment to solve business problems

2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles related to AI tools and digital workplace solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences
Proven ability to analyze business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions, and track measurable metrics that drive business impact
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach
Ability to support teams with varied levels of AI and data expertise
