Responsibilities

Support (and lead where possible) all necessary ATO processes required for Copilot use at the FDIC

Lead Copilot readiness assessment activities at the FDIC

Design and implement centralized Copilot administration at the FDIC across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts)

Design and implement Copilot activity monitoring, governance, and compliance at the FDIC across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts)

Design and implement Copilot grounded knowledge configuration and use at the FDIC across all available tools (Microsoft 365 Admin, Copilot Control System, Purview, Power Platform Admin System, PowerShell scripts)

Design and implement Copilot Studio use guidelines and governance and how it integrates with Microsoft Power Platform app development

Design and implement Azure AI Foundry use guidelines and governance; coordinating with Azure app development stakeholders

Provide technical lead support for governance planning, implementation, and enforcement of Copilot use at the FDIC

Provide technical lead support for all necessary ATO activity for Copilot use at the FDIC

Design and conduct pilots of Copilot capabilities within the FDIC as needed

Design and lead execution of rollout plans for Copilot capabilities as they become ready for rollout at the FDIC

Provide technical lead support for integration of Copilot with Microsoft Power Platform app development and use

Provide technical lead support for end user adoption, training, and solution design
