Responsibilities
Gather and analyze technical data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions
Design, develop, and implement high-quality components for operating systems and end-user environments
Provide advanced support for a wide range of IT assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
Collaborate with project leads, software engineers, and system administrators to ensure seamless integration and support of IT systems
Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning of operating systems and applications
Maintain documentation of support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Mentor junior support staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in user support and system administration
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of in-depth experience
IAT Level II Certification
Must have active TS/SCI
Familiarity with a wide range of end-user devices, platforms, and IT assets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience working in federal or defense environments
Industry standard technical network certifications
