Maintain project schedules and coordinate with the Project Management Team
Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to documents, quality standards, and timelines
Mentor team members, providing growth opportunities and preparing them for advanced roles
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study. An equivalent level of education and experience will be considered
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of progressive experience in construction site management
Associate's degree and 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management
GED and 10 years of progressive experience in construction site management
Expertise in cost accounting, construction methods, scheduling, and project estimating
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and initiative
