Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE
Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks
Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools
Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees
Qualification
Required
5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes
BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/Materials Engineering
