Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions

Conduct research and analysis to support project goals

Prepare technical documentation and reports

Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions

Perform calculations and simulations as required

Assist in the troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical issues

Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards

Complete assigned tasks within established timelines

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

Innovate to improve company and project performance

Required

Recent graduate or graduating senior with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Computer Engineering

Strong academic record

Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), programming languages (i.e.. Python), 3D modeling/simulation software, ANSYS)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
