Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Android applications
Guide a team of Android developers through technical decisions and best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless mobile experiences
Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support team growth
Stay current with Android trends, libraries, and frameworks to recommend and implement new tools
Handle app releases, CI/CD processes, and manage deployments on Google Play Store
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and maintenance issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
Solid understanding of MVVM/MVI patterns, dependency injection (e.g., Hilt/Dagger), and test-driven development
Proven track record of delivering and maintaining production Android applications
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Agile methodologies

Preferred

Experience with warehouse/logistics or enterprise mobility applications
Knowledge of cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native (as secondary skill)
Familiarity with MDM solutions and enterprise deployment processes
