Responsibilities
Operate flow cytometry analyzers and cell sorters, including instrument QA/QC and scheduling
Train users for application-specific flow cytometry equipment operation in BSL2/3 environment
Perform flow cytometry experiments from sample prep to data analysis
Guide users on experimental protocols, preparation of samples, analysis, and interpretation of data
Write and implement lab policies and standard operating protocols
Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
PhD in life sciences
Demonstrated proficiency in executing flow cytometric projects, including immunophenotyping, cell sorting, panel design, sample preparation, labeling, equipment operation, data analysis, interpretation, and troubleshooting
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Skilled in using FlowJo software
Strong foundation in human and murine cellular immunology
Published research papers in the field of flow cytometry
Possess excellent communication and analytical abilities
