Dissemination Project Manager
The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a Dissemination Project Manager to drive the successful completion of key deliverables for projects related to traumatic brain injury. The role involves developing dissemination strategies, managing communication channels, and creating engaging content to effectively share project information with relevant audiences.

Responsibilities
Manage operational elements of one or more individual projects. Document project scope and plan, confirming objectives, technologies, schedules, milestones and deadlines, funding, and available resources with key stakeholders. Produce and distribute project status reports and documents
Developing and implementing dissemination plans by creating strategies to reach specific audiences with project information, including identifying the best channels and methods for communication
Managing communication channels by overseeing websites, social media, newsletters, press releases, and other platforms to share project updates and results
Building relationships with stakeholders by engaging with researchers, industry partners, policymakers, and the public to foster awareness and understanding of the project
Tracking and evaluating dissemination activities monitoring the effectiveness of dissemination efforts and making adjustments to improve reach and impact
Reporting on dissemination activities summarizing dissemination efforts in annual reports or other documentation to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with project teams by working closely with researchers and other project members to gather information, develop content, and ensure consistent messaging
Document and evaluate existing processes, procedures and guidelines making recommendations for enhancements and improvements as appropriate
Monitor project costs incurred. Prepare and maintain project budget and related reports
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Communications or Education with 5 years experience; Master's Degree with 3 years preferred
Excellent written and oral communications skills, ability to work with and lead interdisciplinary teams, knowledge of all facets of Program Management
Ability to communicate clearly, work well with others, identify and resolve problems, and deliver results as a team
Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines
Working knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, proposal/project tracking, and data analysis software
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret Clearance, including background check and drug screening
Lifting: Requires lifting materials up to 25 lbs
Ability to stand or sit at a computer for prolonged periods
Preferred
Knowledge of military and veterans' health care systems
