The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless production workflows by managing the movement of orders and operational flow, facilitating timely delivery of materials, and communicating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the movement of production orders and materials across various stages of operations to prevent bottlenecks and delays
Monitor workflows and prioritize tasks to align with production schedules and deadlines
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication of order statuses, changes, and needs
Support department leaders in achieving operational goals and maintaining smooth production processes
Ensure that orders remain current and ship on time to meet customer demand and satisfaction
Identify and resolve issues that may disrupt the flow of work, escalating concerns when necessary
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a production or operations setting is a plus
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to understand and execute instructions for daily tasks and to read orders accurately
Proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to complete basic math to include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to work in fast pace environment and meet daily productivity standards
Ability to work overtime during work week and weekends, while complying with Galls attendance policy
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time, work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred
Prior experience working in warehouse setting strongly desired
Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
